Holiday Showcase Schedule Flow
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:
WHAT TO WEAR
Students should arrive fully dressed and performance-ready in their assigned Maraya uniform.
All Students Wear:
- Maraya uniform
- Footwear (see details below)
- 🎄 Holiday accessories will be provided by Maraya Performing Arts (holiday headbands and Santa hats) for all performers. Students can add holiday tutus, skirts, scarves, mittens (as long as they don't get in the way of their performance).
Mini Ballet Students:
- Mulberry pink leotard
- Pink tights
- Black ballet skirt
- Ballet shoes
Please do not bring additional accessories that prevent comfort and safety for your performer on stage.
FOOTWEAR:
- Dance Students: Pink Ballet or Black jazz shoes only
- Only black socks or tights — students should be worn or bare feet inside their dance shoes. No WHITE SOCKS or other color socks please.
- Acting Students: Clean black tennis shoes are permitted.
HAIR AND MAKEUP
To ensure a polished look under stage lighting:
- Hair: Slicked-back bun or low ponytail
- Makeup: Light stage makeup is encouraged

STUDENT DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
- Drop-Off Time: 4:00 PM.
- Please DO NOT BE LATE!
- Please drop off students at the designated Student Check-In area and check in with Maraya staff.
- Parents/guardians must check students in and out to ensure every child is safely accounted for. Do not go backstage and grab your child without checking out with our designated Maraya approved staff/volunteers.
- Pick-Up: Students will be released from the same location drop off/pick up location immediately following the show. You can then meet your performer in the lobby for photos.
**Backstage Access: For safety and logistics, no parents or non-Maraya staff are permitted backstage unless pre-approved and background checked. Only Maraya staff and approved volunteers wearing lanyards are allowed backstage. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
